Hands-on Minds-On Learning

Here in room 402, we believe that learning happens most when we are actively engaged with a "hands-on, minds-on" approach. We love hands-on Science experiments and projects, and we are always busy working hard together!

Take a peak to see what we have been up to lately :)

We had a BLAST exploring circuits and eventually creating our very own!!

We have explored the properties of light and refraction in the Wonder Room!

Stay tuned for more blogging coming soon!

Love, Miss Lockridge's Fantastic 4th Graders

Oh the places we have been...

Take a flashback walk (through pictures) to the very first 9 weeks to see what we have learned and how much we have grown! From Gummy Bear experiments, building Native American homes, Science blogging....

Seat Sacks!!

We were sooo very excited to have our very own seat sacks donated to us from generous donors with the DonorsChoose grant! Our seat sacks hang on the back of our chairs to save space and hold our books and whiteboards. It truly felt like Christmas morning! Thank you so much for contributing to our love for learning and our organization success here in Room 402! Here are a few pictures of us opening our seat sacks!

We love using them every day in the classroom!!
