Red Ribbon Week/Career Day

We had Red Ribbon Week this week with many exciting events!

On Monday, we had a Boiling Springs High School football player come and speak to us about being "Drug F.R.E.E." (Friends, Rest, Exercise, Eat Healthy). Thank you for answering our questions!

This Thursday, we had guest speakers come in for Career Day!

We had teachers, nurses, lawyers, and more dressed for success!

We got to hear from...

Dr. Haguewood (El's Dad)-Optomologist

Mr. Mathis-Wofford College Sports Communication

Dr. Dardeau-Mary Black Hospital

Mr. Moore-Lawyer

Bailey was in trial!

In the words of Mr. Moore, Ally has "...what it takes to be a great lawyer. She summarized the argument better than any student I've seen while doing it with a sassy hair flip."

Way to go, Ally!! You might have found your future calling :)

Mr. Snyder (Hannah's Dad)- Lucena Group (International Intelligence and Security Company)

THANK YOU to all of our guest speakers for coming in and inspiring us to prepare for our futures!!

Mighty Girls/Parents, if you post a comment by *this Wednesday, Nov. 4th* sharing what you learned during career day, you will receive a HW pass! :)
