NO Boys Allowed...I guess we will make an exception

Normally in room 402, we have a strict "NO BOYS ALLOWED" policy, but we decided to make an exception by inviting  Miss Glay's boys to come in our classroom and read "The Spider and the Fly" poem with us!

"We did choral reading where we were the voice of the fly, and the boys in Miss Glay's class were the spider's voice. I didn't want the boys to come at first, but then it was fun!" -Valerie

"After the story we had a boy partner and worked together on an activity. We had to use context clues to find vocab. words from the poem, the theme, and figerative language. The boys were actually hard workers, and it was pretty fun." -Jadyn
