The Articles of Confederation..well they tried!

Carolyn was happy at first with how much money she had..until she realized that each color represented a different state and she didn't have enough to buy anything on her wishlist!

Alyssa was not too happy that she couldn't afford the puppy because she didn't have enough "pink" money!
